The IB Diploma Programme (DP) is a two-year course of study that leads to the award of an IB Diploma. The DP is an academically challenging and balanced program of international education with final examinations that prepares students, aged 16 to 19, for success at university and life beyond. It has been designed to address the intellectual, social, emotional and physical well-being of students, and has gained recognition and respect from the world’s leading universities.
The Primary Years Programme (PYP) offers a comprehensive approach to teaching and learning. It provides an inquiry-based curriculum model that incorporates guidelines on what students should learn, how students should act as learners and as community members, on teaching methodologies and on assessment strategies.
DISK is accepted as a candidate WASC for accreditation.
