Salary Range:
Age based scale e.g: 30yo $36,872, 40yo $52,116, 50yo $63,353, 60yo $66,170

Benefits (transportation, housing, etc.):

Qualifications required:
  • Appropriate and current teaching certification.
  • Appropriate and current school leadership certification.
  • At least five to ten years of experience in school leadership.
  • Previous teaching and leadership experience in an international school preferred.
  • Advanced degree in elementary education, secondary education or school leadership preferred.
  • Familiarity with the IB MYP and DP, as well as the WASC & IB accreditation cycles,  is preferred.
  • Ability to speak Japanese Language strongly preferred.

Age Restrictions:
Japanese Law 60yo mandatory retirement.

  1. Cover letter discussing reason(s) for the applicant’s interest in the position, and vacancy-related qualifications & experience.
  2. A resume/CV that includes your full name, photo, education, past teaching, workshops, three referees (names, emails, and contact numbers, including most recent supervisors), and your contact information including skype.
  3. A one-page statement of your philosophy of education.
  4. Admin credential.

Interview(s) to be held at:
Interviews are generally held by Skype unless the applicant lives close enough to make travel to the school reasonable. Please note the school cannot reimburse travel or other expenses incurred in the interview process.
