Honor Roll
The honor roll is awarded in recognition of effort and achievement.
To achieve honor roll, students must have earned a final grade of 5 or higher in all subjects (Maths, Science, Individuals and Societies, Design, Art, Music, Physical and Health Education, Japanese, and English).
A grade of 5 is defined as someone that produces high-quality work, communicates a secure understanding of concepts and contexts, demonstrates critical and creative thinking, sometimes with sophistication, and uses knowledge and skills in familiar and unfamiliar situations. The following students received honor roll last quarter.

Awards
Individual achievement awards are given to students who have excelled in various areas of school life.
Diamondback Award - This award recognizes effort and achievement in attaining honor roll standing in the secondary school in each of the four quarters.
Academic Achievement Award - This award recognizes effort and achievement in earning the highest average grades in English Language and Literature, Individuals and Societies, Japanese Language Acquisition or Language and Literature, Mathematics and Science in Middle School.
Arts Award - This award recognizes effort and achievement in earning the highest average grade for music and visual arts in middle school.
